Chad and Dave met each other in 2006 when Dave was peeking in the windows of an old abandoned warehouse in downtown Cheyenne, just as he had done many times before, always daydreaming about buying it and turning it into commercial office space.

This time when Dave approached the window. he saw a Local Creative sign and a single computer desk in the middle of the warehouse floor. Turns out Chad’s company, Local Creative, was a growing, successful marketing and website development company -- and low and behold, Dave was in need of a website for his new business consulting and training start-up, Corethree, Inc.

Over time they grew to be big fans of each others work/talents and noticed that not only did they both buy the exact same office furniture and love commercial warehouse office space, but they also shared some of the same clients, were chasing the same markets and, most importantly, shared the same consultative partnership approach to helping companies grow!

Because of a warehouse, they decided to take their two companies and make them one.
